He’s spent time as an engineer, software developer, people manager, and coach for companies that have defined the markets in which they compete. In his role at Chef, Jeff builds training and coaching around facilitation, Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles and practices, feedback and communication, and career development. He's a frequent conference speaker on the people-side of software development and DevOps.
